A fun run and post-race fair for all ages in the heart of Golden Gate Park. The Viking Run is an inclusive community event presented by the Scandinavian School and Cultural Center.

Join us in making a lasting impact! The proceeds from this year’s Viking Run will help the Scandinavian School & Cultural Center continue its vital community engagement efforts through cultural events and educational programs. But this year, we are going even further.
We are thrilled to announce that 50% of all fundraising proceeds from Viking Run 2025 will directly benefit Children of Shelters, an organization dedicated to supporting San Francisco children experiencing homelessness. Through education, enrichment, and nutritional programs, they provide essential resources that help children build brighter futures.
